How long does it take to process my order? Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.

What kind of decorative statues do you sell? Are your statues suitable for indoor use? Yes, all our decorative statues and figurines are designed for indoor home decoration. Most are made from durable resin, polyresin, or high-quality materials that are safe for shelves, tabletops, and display cabinets.
Can I cancel or change my order? Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If the item has not yet been processed or shipped, we can usually accommodate changes or cancellations.

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
